What is the minimum age to install Scratchapp?
There is no minimum age to install Scratchapp but each contest has his own regulation. You will find them on the Blog page of our website.
I can’t connect.
- Check your internet connection.
First, check if your internet connection is sufficient. Try to use Scratchapp on Wi-Fi mode and then on a mobile internet connection. You will know then if the problem is due to a weakness of the Wi-Fi network or of the mobile internet connection.
- Delete Scratchapp permissions on Facebook.
If your internet connection is sufficient and the problem is persisting, you will have to delete the permissions given to the app on Facebook. For convenience you can follow the instructions below.
To delete an app you have add:
Click on in the superior right corner of Facebook and select Settings.
Click on Applications in the left column.
Hover the mouse pointer on the app and click on x.
- Empty the app cache.If the permissions deleting did not work, you can empty the cache of your app.
Go to our Settings and select Storage.
Click on “cached data” and delete all “cached data”.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
If the problem persists after you have checked your internet connection, try to delete and reinstall Scratchapp.

I have forgotten my password.
Follow the procedure in the Log In menu and click on I’ve forgotten my password.
I want to modify my account settings.
Go to the bottom left corner and click on your profile to access your account settings.
I want to activate/deactivate my notifications.
Go to the bottom left corner of your screen and click on your profile to access your account settings and activate/deactivate your notifications.
Where are the contests regulations?
They will be presented to you when you scan the contests image for the first time. Then you can retrieve them in “My Contests”, under your app profile.

You will receive an email indicating the following steps to receive your prices.

Which versions of Android and IOS are requisites to install Scratchapp?
Your phone must have Android 4.4 or IOS 8.
I don’t know how to use Scratchapp.
You just have to scan an image recognizable by scratchapp. It can be a card, a photo, a poster… Anything!
How can I recognize a scratchapp image?
Usually, the scratchapp logo is visible on them.
Where can I find some images? Is it free?
It’s free and you can find them everywhere. For exemple, on some cards of the 1200 Guidooh displays in Belgium.
